I have been trying to find a good, healthy way to boost my energy. Getting enough sleep always helps, but is not always possible. I’ve tried RedBull and other sugar drinks, but they always make me crash! Not good for energy. One product that seems to do the trick is acai energy drink. You can feel better about your choice because you know you are putting some good nutrients into your body, unlike thoses typical convenience store drinks, and it actually tastes good. Excercise helps to boost energy, too, but like sleep it doesn’t always happen. I always try to get at least a half-hour of walking in every day.
